Portsdown Primary School has adopted the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) model publication scheme for schools. This scheme commits us to making certain information routinely available to the public.

Governing Board Minutes

Governing board minutes, agendas and papers considered at meetings are available on request but are not published on our website. Confidential information is excluded.

Minutes are available for the current and previous 3 years. To request copies of approved and signed minutes, agendas, or any papers considered at governing board meetings, please contact our Clerk to Governors at clerk@portsdown.portsmouth.sch.uk

Making a Freedom of Information Request

If you would like to request information that is not already published on our website, you have the right to make a Freedom of Information request.

Your request must:

  • Be in writing (by letter or email)
  • Include your real name
  • Include an address for correspondence (postal or email address)
  • Describe the information you are requesting

We will respond to your request within 20 school days (or 60 working days if sooner).
